The Company
The Morning Star Company and its affiliates operate three tomato processing facilities in Central California, processing 40% to 45% of the California processing tomato crop, in addition to tomato transplanting, farming, harvesting and trucking operations. The company employs approximately 400 year-round and 2,000 seasonal colleagues and annual sales of approximately $1 billion.
The Morning Star Company is the largest independent producer of bulk tomato ingredient products (tomato paste and diced tomatoes) in the world. The Mission and Opportunity
The Mission of this colleague will be to Evaporate water at maximum rate, meeting customer specification at lowest cost in an environmentally responsible manner and innovating our processes and technology in coordination with all relevant colleagues.
Repair/Maintenance/Operations
Salary range is $70K - $110K and benefits are quite good and certainly competitive. The position is based in Williams, California.

- Excellent Mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting abilities
- Develop new technologies for implementation as capital projects
- Stainless sanitary pipe welding and fabrication skills
- Process flow improvement skills a plus
